We will send a welcome email. It includes instructions on how to on-board with us and steps that will need to be completed.

Once instructions are complete, we are ready to accept your inventory. You will need to update the shared spreadsheet with details of merchandise. This lets us know what we should expect to receive. We will provide the spreadsheet for us to share.

We check each item in on the shared spreadsheet that we provide. We inspect items for damage and accuracy. We take photos of any damages and email them to you. Inventory is then prepped and labeled to Amazon specifications and requirements. Each client is assigned their own shipping day, so your shipments will go out the same day every week. If an unscheduled shipment needs to go out, that can be arranged for a fee.*
